There's already a lot of visual novel games on both itunes & googleplay. Either one that developed by professional developers or one that developed by indie developers. Some may old games that ported from another handheld, but there's are dozens that fresh from the oven
From many of the selection on the market, I want to recommend the one that I think the most worth to be on your shopping list. The "Sepia Tears ~midwinter's reprise~" by Team NEET that had been uploaded to GooglePlaystore on December 24th 2013.

Maybe you already knew that this games is totally free but for a freewares, this game is pretty legit. For the graphic, Uhm... I can't believe I'm saying this but it's cute! Especially from the character, but some of you may feel a cliche from the character look and behavior from the start of the game. In-game CG & background music is really captivating, and they can create the perfect atmosphere for the story. There is in lack voice actor (who can argue when this game is free) But that minus point, doesn't affect the flow of the story at all...

Now lets talk about how long you can finish the main story (not to mention this game doesn't have any side story at all. lol). You can finish it at least 2 hour, unless you touch skip button or touch the main screen repeatedly. But rest assure even if the main story is over there is a lot of bonuses you can enjoy. So overall This Freeware IS really worth for YOU!
